After Superman: Tower of Power removed a girls feet on june 21st 2007 many were quick to blame the rides manufacture. In reality had the ride operators done their job this accident could have been prevented.

We’ll go so far as to say that several of these injuries have completely derailed the playoff hopes for some. As for others, their championship dreams have gotten that much tougher with an important part of their team on the sidelines.
